If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have <strong>14 days from the date of delivery<\/strong> to cancel your order. To do this, simply email <a href=\"mailto:returns@raineandrose.ie\">returns@raineandrose.ie<\/a> within that time. Return item(s) must meet our eligibility criteria. You will be responsible for any cost incurred or risk in returning item(s).<\/p><p>From the date you notify us of your intention to return for refund you then have <strong>another 14 days to return the item(s) to us<\/strong>.<\/p><p>If your item arrives damaged, please notify us via email immediately upon receipt.<\/p><p>Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items.<\/p><p><em>Items Eligible for Return<\/em><\/p><ul><li>Clothing &amp; accessories (excluding pierced jewellery). Please ensure your items are returned new, unused\/unworn, in original packaging and with all tags still attached. Please note items showing wear, alteration or damage cannot be accepted for return.<\/li><\/ul><p><em>Items Not Eligible for Return<\/em><\/p><ul><li>For hygiene and safety reasons, we <strong>cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or other pierced jewellery<\/strong> unless the item is faulty. This policy is in line with Irish and EU consumer protection laws.<\/li><\/ul><p>Free Gifts with Purchase<\/p><ul><li>If you return the qualifying item(s), the free gift must also be returned in unused condition.<\/li><li>If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.<\/li><li>Free gifts are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit unless faulty.<\/li><\/ul><p>Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.<\/p><h3><strong>Sending Back Your Return<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Once you have advised of your intention to return, you will be provided with the returns address. You will have a further\u00a0<strong>14 days <\/strong>to return the item(s) to us. The returns address will also be included in your order.<\/li><li>Please package securely \u2013 original packaging where possible.<\/li><li>You\u00a0<strong>must include your order number and full name inside the package<\/strong>, so we can identify your return. A return form will have been included in your package.<\/li><li>You are responsible for return postage costs \u2013 tracked shipping is strongly advised.<\/li><li>The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.<\/li><li>Once we receive your return, it will be inspected by our fulfilment team.<\/li><\/ul><p>Note: Raine &amp; Rose will not be held responsible for any loss or damages of return shipments. You will be responsible for any cost incurred or risk in returning products. We recommend that you use a\u00a0<strong>tracked shipping service<\/strong>\u00a0to return your order. Please note that the order is the customer&#8217;s responsibility until received by Raine &amp; Rose.<\/p><h3><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h3><p>No refund will be made until the item(s) are returned to us within the prescribed timelines and are verified to meet the eligibility criteria.<\/p><p>Should you choose to return products purchased in a promotion or at a discounted price, you will be refunded for the products at the price you were charged at the checkout. You are subject to our Returns &amp; Refunds Policy\u00a0when returning products purchased in a promotion or at a discounted price.<\/p><p>Refunds will only be issued to the\u00a0<strong>original payment method<\/strong>. Refunds are usually processed within\u00a0<strong>5 working days<\/strong>\u00a0of receiving the return. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
