Eligibility to Order

You must be at least 18 years of age, be legally capable of entering into binding contracts and:

  • provide accurate and complete personal and payment information
  • provide us with a valid and complete delivery address;
  • use a valid credit/debit card or other approved payment method in your own name or with full authorisation.

Order Process

All orders placed on www.raineandrose.ie are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following:

  • when you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This email confirms we have received your order – it does not mean your order has been accepted.
  • acceptance of your order and the creation of the contract between you and Raine & Rose will take place only when your order has been dispatched and you receive shipping confirmation from us.

Once you press the ‘Pay Now’/’Pay with PayPal’ button, you have given us permission to process your order as requested.

Pricing

At Raine & Rose we aim to ensure that all pricing displayed on our website is clear, accurate and up-to-date. We make every effort to ensure products are priced correctly on our website, but occasionally pricing errors may occur. In the event of an error in the price of a product that you have ordered, our customer service team will contact you. Raine & Rose is under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order that was mistakenly advertised at an incorrect price. You will be contacted and offered the option to cancel or proceed with your order at the correct price.

Please note: prices for products on our website may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

All prices are inclusive of Irish VAT. Custom charges will apply to UK orders. Raine & Rose has no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. The payment of any such import duties or taxes is your responsibility. If you refuse your parcel due to customs charges your order may be returned to us but shipping costs will not be refunded. Any return fees or customs handling charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be charged in addition at checkout.

If you choose to return products purchased in a promotion or at a discount, you will be refunded for the products at the price charged at the checkout. Please note: you are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy when returning products purchased in a promotion or at a discount.

Availability

All products on www.raineandrose.ie are offered subject to availability. Whilst we make every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate, availability may change quickly, particularly during promotional periods and occasionally items may become unavailable. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible. No compensation will be offered for unfulfilled or cancelled items.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit the quantity of products available for purchase;
  • cancel or reduce quantities on orders that appear to be intended for resale;
  • withdraw products from sale at any time without notice;
  • refuse or cancel orders, particularly if we suspect that the order may breach any applicable laws.

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images and details provided on www.raineandrose.ie are accurate, however,

  • we do not warrant that all information is error free, complete, or current and we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions (including after an order has been placed).

Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again.
